OTEP Dares to Care

Carbonrally got rocked by hard rock band OTEP over the weekend: the band’s Rally team is the largest team formed to date – and went from 1 to close to 200 members in less than 48 hours! Expect big things from fans of this band from L.A., who are now touring to support the release of their new LP The Ascension.
We hope their national tour spreads the word about climate change, and the power of many people working together to stop it. You can listen to OTEP’s music, or check up on the OTEP Rally team’s progress. Keep it coming!

Otep’s fans are amazing; I’ve never seen movements form at the drop of a hat like I’ve seen with her. She gives us something to scream about; she’s empowering in life and on stage. I sent her this suggestion to join carbonrally not thinking about the whirlwind that would come out of it. Silly me; not only did she read it and form a profile, she formed a group that went from page 17 to page 4 in about 3 days. I love this band, and I love the informed and battle-ready fans. We’re battling for a green earth, this time. SS4L.
